Cadillac Fairview Redevelopment Project

Steve Kipp led the $45M redevelopment project to the Cadillac Fairview head office tower lobby at 20 Queen Street West in Toronto. The renovation modernized the lobby and upgraded the quality of the space. Included in the project was the removal of the existing atrium structure and building in its place, a two-storey structural steel framed lobby.
