Steve Kipp led the Exterior Works Package for the $780M Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort project. This project involved the most extensive Glycol snow melt system ever installed in North America. Steve assisted in the design of the system, coordination of construction and ensuring the schedule was maintained. Steve was the prime contact between PCL, City officials and other local business owners. He was responsible for coordinating with them to ensure the integrity of their properties during the construction of the Casino.
