Toronto Scotia Tower Upgrade
Steve Kipp was the lead on the $46M complete building upgrade of all the building’s mechanical systems and an installation of a new life safety system. The upgrade scope includes replacing 14 air handling units, three life safety CAT generators, and a 650-ton crane at Bay Street and Adelaide. Project value at $46M. Steve’s management role was to organize all aspects of the project, including the expectations of a high-profile client while maintaining an operating office tower and central banking system.
