Vancouver Aquarium Expansion

Steve Kipp was responsible for the construction management of the Vancouver Aquarium Expansion. The Vancouver Aquarium’s $45-million renovation and expansion is designed to evoke the flow of water and the wonder of aquatic life, the new two-story 55,000 square-foot aquarium building features a curvilinear architectural design clad in sophisticated colour-changing aluminum composite material (ACM) mimicking fish scales in hues ranging from green to pink.
