The project goal for 1490 Penny Farthing was twofold. First, embrace clean lines to allow the homeowner freedom of expression. Second, deliver a project genuinely aligned with the client's philosophy of finding the beauty in less and putting quality over quantity.

We delivered a residential building that is an uncomplicated space to live in and a home where they can breathe easy and enjoy.
